Shipping policy

Shipping Policies:

We make many items to order. Please note our normal shipping policy is to ship within 3-5 business days from purchase. If an item requires more time to make or ingredients must be ordered, we will ship the order around 7-10 business days. 

Subscriptions ship the first full business week of the month, we may delay shipping if a major holiday fell at the end of the month the previous month by 1-2 business days. 

Holiday Shipping Policy:

From Nov 15-Dec 15 orders will ship between 5-10 business days from purchase. We do not guarantee holiday shipping after Dec 15th, and usually close the shop from Dec 19-Dec 27th from shipping, so orders placed after Dec 19th will not be shipped until after the 27th. 

Hot Weather:

Your orders containing perishable items will be shipped during proper tempatures or they risk melting or coming damaged. During the hot season, please note there may be shipping delays, so reach out to the shop if an item is a gift or needed quickly so we can discuss options like additional fee for cool bag shipping. 

Shippers

Shipping is through USPS or UPS depending on choice of customer, we may use another carrier other than what you ordered to your benefit if we feel a product will be shipped safer.
